ESTHER FERNÁNDEZ

Esther has a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Valencia, a Master in Digital Marketing, Mindfulness specialist for stress reduction, organizational development and Coach.

Esther Fernández’s professional career began in Valencia in 1996 in the commercial department of Jamones Nicolau, where she supports the international expansion of the company, as well as the coordination and organization of fairs and different events.

Later, in 1997 he joined Mercafrinter SL, leading, together with the company’s management, the transformation of the Maheso brand delegation (frozen food) in Valencia, into an independent company, and coordinates the creation of the different departments , as well as the design and implementation of improvement procedures in all management areas.

In May 2005 she assumed the challenge of directing the creation of the frozen food distributor Rodaira Trade, S.L. where she holds the position of Manager for eight years. It is during the economic crisis when she decides to start her own professional project as a strategic consultant, Mindfulness teacher and Coach.

Following his passion for mindfulness and personal development, he has created Mindfulnessartes, a project that he leads to disseminate mindfulness content and contribute to the improvement of organizations and the world. Likewise, she develops and leads the Mindfulness area of ​​Garrigós + Llopis.

After six years and up to the present, she joins the project led by Emilio Llopis and Juan Luis Garrigós. Specialist in Brand Management and Strategic and Digital Marketing, she develops her professional activity in strategic and operational consulting. During the last 6 years he has participated and collaborated in a large number of consulting projects in Branding, Marketing and Customer Strategy for companies of different sizes and different sectors led by Emilio Llopis and as part of the firm Garrigós + Llopis y Huete & Co. He has also collaborated in the writing of articles for El Mundo together with Emilio LLopis, and has coordinated the development of branding, management, marketing and sales content for multinationals such as Galderma or Bausch & Lomb.

At present he is dedicated to accompanying people and companies to achieve their objectives and develop their maximum potential, in addition to going through their processes of change and reinvention and through strategic and digital Branding & Marketing, Coaching or Mindfulness.
