CRISTINA TAMAYO

Cristina has a degree in Business Sciences from the University of Valencia. She also has a Master’s degree in employment and HR from the University of Valencia.

Cristina’s professional career began in Valencia in 2000, in the Manufacturas Térmicas del Vidrio administration department, giving support to the head of company administration.

Later, in 2003, she joined the administration department of Jamones Nicolau as an accounting clerk. At this time she goes through various positions within the department from accountant to head of personnel administration.

In 2007, as a result of a change in the management of the company, she made a leap within the company to the production and operations area, assuming the management of people, control of production costs and production planning at Jamones Nicolau.

In 2014, after the sale and integration of Jamones Nicolau within the Vall Companys meat group, he joined the structure of Jamones Duriber, the meat marketing company of the meat group, together with other colleagues. It is integrated into the newly created Export Department, this department is created by a need for the company to change its business model, from one focused more on industrial sales to another that develops sales in the retail channel and in exports. Its main functions consist of logistics management and the coordination of productions between the different ham production plants.

In 2019 and after a long experience within the sector, he founded, together with a multidisciplinary team of professionals REDFOOD with the aim of contributing all their knowledge to help other food companies to improve the productivity of their sales and to achieve their growth objectives.
